The womans voice is nails on a chalkboard. Why is there no feature to skip ahead when I'm done reading??? I can read and understand faster than the robot voice could talk. The program would NOT let me advance and told me to go review previous modules until the appropriate time is reached. Basically, trying to force me to take longer time to complete this program. Had to email and call the help line to get them to unlock it so I could complete the program before my shift ended.
